Assignment Due Date

23 July

6:00pm -- 7:50pm

*Leadership Enlightenment: The Importance of Backstory

Come prepared with the following:

An in-depth story. Real life--your life. About a time, related to business or not, when your discovery of a 'backstory' about someone or something fundamentally changed your perspective of an issue or situation. This needs to be detailed, so make some notes--and will be shared with the entire class, by you. A 'backstory' is a story, or details of a story, that are not readily obvious--but which, at least in the circumstance you will describe, is critical to understanding and responding appropriately to another person.

This will be the springboard for a discussion about, well, leadership.
